Job Overview: Looking for a highly skilled AEP Consultant to lead the implementation of

end-to-end customer data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience

with Adobe Experience Platform, data engineering, and customer data strategy, with the

ability to drive business value through technical expertise and effective stakeholder

engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client data sources, business use cases, and
  
  

integration needs.

• Design and implement technical solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and
  
  

activation within AEP.

• Serve as the primary technical expert and solution owner during implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Data Architects, and
  
  

Consultants to deliver scalable data solutions.

• Develop, deploy, and manage real-time and batch data pipelines using Python and
  
  

cloud-native tools.

• Configure AEP components including Schemas, DataSets, Identity Namespaces,
  
  

Merge Policies, Privacy Settings, and Destinations.

• Collaborate with data teams to design data models that support audience
  
  

segmentation and personalization.

• Support deployment into production and transition knowledge to offshore support
  
  

teams.

• Recommend enhancements and optimizations to existing AEP frameworks and
  
  

processes.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with data governance and
  
  

privacy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience implementing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) in enterprise
  
  

environments.

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with big data technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms, audience segmentation, and data
  
  

privacy.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Real-Time CDP, Adobe Launch, or other Adobe Experience Cloud
  
  

products.

• Knowledge of tools like Snowflake, Kafka, Databricks, or Spark.
• Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform (preferred but not mandatory).
