Per our conversation, sending you some info on the roles. slightly more junior, more like a front line support role with some configuration work of the platform. The 2nd role is more advanced configuration and architectural/integration work. Both need some Adobe credentials.

• We submitted someone today and the manager felt as though the candidate didn't have enough Fusion, integration work. He also wants people who have certifications as well. Certs are a must**
  
  

Adobe Consultant (Workfront Configuration Consultant)

• Attend discovery sessions for implementations and enhancements
• Provide end-to-end configuration of all objects for large systems changes and optimizations in alignment with the approved architectural design
• Support end user requests and updates; monitor and action on help queue tickets, email and Slack communications. Conduct support shifts where applicable.
• Conduct ongoing systems audits and operational updates to configuration (e.g. user access, template updates, report updates, etc.), collaborating with the Lead Sys Admin as needed
• Support updates to design documentation and configuration workbooks as they relate to configuration optimization
• Provide system configuration recommendations and Advise on custom form streamlining
• Support user acceptance testing and training; work with the Lead Sys Admin to create test scripts; update any bugs found during testing
• Support training, office hours, or other end-user support and education functions as needed
