AEM Developer

 Summary: 
Silicon Labs is a key supplier driving growth for the IoT and is undergoing a digital transformation with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a core platform. We are looking for a talented and driven Adobe AEM developer to join our team. Experience with AEM 6.0 or higher preferred. As a developer at Silicon Labs the candidate will partner directly with sales, marketing and operations teams to define, design and implement solutions to enhance and unify online and offline customer experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, multi-disciplined environment in which each team member is vital to the success of the project.

Essential Functions:
• Develop websites using AEM. This includes the creation, configuration and integration of templates, components, dialogs, widgets, workflows and more
• Extend existing functionality
• Troubleshoot and debug website components
• Write code that is scalable and performant
• Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
• Multi-task and be flexible to recognize and contribute where needed
• Ability to work on an Agile team and familiar with the principles of SCRUM
