Summary
As the Admissions Director at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will play a pivotal role in guiding potential residents and their families through the admissions process. This position is essential in ensuring that our communities are filled with individuals who align with our mission of providing exceptional care and support.
This is a great opportunity for someone with prior admissions and/or marketing experience to truly impact their community. We are looking for this individual to drive admissions to our community through community marketing efforts including but not limited to community events, community partnerships and social media efforts.
Starting negotiable salary for this position is $41,000 annually

Responsibilities
Oversee the admissions process for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into our communities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract potential residents.
Collaborate with clinical staff to assess the needs of prospective residents and their families.
Conduct tours of the facilities for prospective residents and their families, highlighting our services and community culture.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups to track progress and outcomes.
Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote our communities and engage with potential clients.
Requirements
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or admissions within a healthcare or senior living environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with families and staff.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
