Position Overview

The Vice Chancellor (VC) & Provost Business Services Hub at Massey University invites applications for the full-time position as Administrator! Based at our Manawatū campus, you will join a close-knit team of eight staff supporting managers and staff across both the VC and Office of the Provost portfolios.

What will you bring to this role?

You will enjoy a wide variety of business support tasking, and you are all about providing a great service to your clients. You can communicate effectively with a wide range of people and are solution focused. You will also feel very comfortable questioning “why” we do things the way we do and contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and systems.

As you will be working in a supportive team environment, you will quickly establish a working rapport with your colleagues. You will also be someone who enjoys using technology and is eager to learning about new software and applications that can assist the team deliver more efficient and effective support to our Massey clients.

For this role you will have plenty of administrative experience, having worked previously in a large and complex organisation. It will also be an advantage to have previous experience in operational software systems Massey uses, such as E-road, Flexipurchase, CiAnywhere (TechOne), Teams, and SharePoint.
