Location: Glasgow

Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00-17:00 or 08:00-16:00

Pay: £12.60 per hour | Weekly pay

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Temporary, Ongoing

Are you an experienced administrator with a strong understanding of GDPR and Data Protection regulations? Ready to make a real difference while expanding your expertise in a critical compliance environment?

We're looking for Data Protection Administrator's to join a dedicated team handling Subject Access Requests (SARs) and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. In this key role, you'll help uphold individual's rights to access their personal data-ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and integrity every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing a variety of SARs and FOIs within legal deadlines
  • Liaising with multiple departments to collate relevant documentation
  • Drafting clear, compliant responses with appropriate redactions and explanations
  • Collaborating with legal teams on complex or sensitive cases
  • Managing confidential data across secure systems

What You'll Need

  • Previous administrative experience-ideally with data protection exposure
  • Solid knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving policies and procedures
  • Comfortable using multiple systems to locate and process data securely

Training & Support

You'll receive full training during your first few weeks (typically 2-4 weeks), with ongoing support from a knowledgeable, collaborative team.
