Role Description
This is a part-time on-site position with the opportunity to move into a full-time role for an Administrative Specialist located in St Charles, IL. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for general administrative assistance, such as managing correspondence, handling records, handling email traffic, and facilitating communication within the communities. Daily tasks include delivering top-notch customer service, maintaining accurate financial records, and aiding in the analysis of community metrics to support decision-making. The role requires excellent organization and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with community members and board directors.
