Summary

Investor's Property Management (IPM) is seeking to fill the position of Administrative Specialist/Customer Care Coordinator. IPM is a small local property management company, serving the undergraduate and graduate students in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Our apartments/houses are mostly within the University of Michigan Campus area. The office is open 9am-5pm every weekday except holidays.


IPM is seeking a candidate that is reliable, personable, and detail-oriented. The position offered will begin as part-time. Working hours can be agreed upon in advance of starting the job, but IPM is looking for at least 25 work hours per week, with the expectation of the candidate growing to a full-time position.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain a trustworthy and friendly demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid computer skills and a willingness to learn new softwares
  • Confidence navigating programs like Google Drive, Sheets, Gmail, and tools such as Rent Manager, Rhenti, and Docusign (training is provided)


Additional Information:

  • Starting Hours: Minimum of 25 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility
  • Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience
