Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls from customers and operations personnel regarding projects
  • Entering service activity details in the service management software.
  • Dispatching and managing the workload of all Technicians that are working on PAS projects.
  • Communicating necessary job information to Service Technicians
  • Issuing purchase order numbers to Service Technicians and vendors
  • Maintain all relevant job information and ensure that the system is correct
  • Create invoices for T&M, quoted jobs, and project AIA Billing
  • Maintain Certified Payrolls, when necessary.
  • Complete lien waivers, when needed
  • Scanning documents and maintaining electronic files for jobs
  • Assist Project Manager and other Operations personnel in miscellaneous functions
  • Apply for MPC Certificates
  • Maintaining monthly forecasts for jobs

Qualifications:

  • Four year degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Strong customer skills
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Must be willing to work in a team environment
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the suite of Microsoft Office Products
