Summary

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day internal operations of the business. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on helping the team stay organized, on schedule, and efficient. You’ll assist with task follow-ups, documentation, scheduling, and general admin support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make follow-up calls and internal coordination calls (not customer-facing)
  • Track tasks and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion
  • Compile and organize data into reports, spreadsheets, or documents
  • Maintain and manage business documentation and records
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Provide general support on administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Confident making internal phone calls and handling follow-ups
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced business environment
  • Familiarity with task and project management tools (e.g. Slack, ClickUp, Trello)
