The South Carolina State Election Commission (SEC)is looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator II to join our Audit Division. In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of daily operations, providing high-level administrative and technical support with minimal supervision to help ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and route communications appropriately.
- Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Compose, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Create, organize, and maintain physical and digital files, including data entry and scanning.
- Conduct verification checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports and related documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support divisional operations
Minimum Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Relevant experience in administrative support or business operations.
- Substitution: A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.

- Knowledge of agency policies, procedures, and office operations.
- Proficiency with office software and technology.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
