They’re a fast-paced, collaborative team seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to help keep their operations running smoothly.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting both the internal team and client-facing consultants. This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate logistics, and streamline administrative functions across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily office operations and provide general administrative support to consultants and leadership.
- Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, proposals, and presentations for client delivery.
- Maintain records and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Support project tracking and help monitor deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure efficient communication and task execution.
- Organize virtual and in-person meetings, workshops, and events.
- Assist with onboarding of new clients and internal team members.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee inventory (if applicable to in-office role).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role—preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, or project management platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
