About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a highly motivated and energetic all-rounder to join our team as an Administrative and Financial Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional who enjoys a variety of tasks, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling both high-level tasks and detail-oriented work, such as financial tracking.

Tasks

• Financial tracking and reporting


• Liaison, relationship management, and outreach coordination


• Support with FSC certification processes


• Funding application preparation and tracking


• Process management and improvement


• Scheduling and calendar management


• Various other organizational office tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Accounting experience (e.g. Quickbooks)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy


• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges


• Experience in a similar role is an asset, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.


• German language skills is a bonus
