The role
Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, directing them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
Maintain and update staff databases, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the company.
The Person
HKDSE or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
