Position Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 1–3 years


This is a key position within the company, providing essential operational and administrative support to the Country Lead and acting as a central communication point between the local office and various European branches of the company. The role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, structured, and motivated to contribute to a highly professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Country Lead in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Coordinating and maintaining communication with different European affiliates
  • Managing office operations, including vendor coordination and logistical support
  • Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events
  • Handling expense reports, annual and sick leave tracking
  • Drafting and managing internal documentation, presentations, and reports
  • Managing document flow including contracts, GDPR materials, and compliance forms
  • Supporting internal approval processes and liaising with external service providers
  • Overseeing office supplies, basic IT troubleshooting, and facilities coordination


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Background in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in highly structured environments is considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • High level of digital literacy and attention to detail
  • Trustworthy, resourceful, and eager to learn
