We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate meetings and communications, manage documentation, and help ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules and calendars, including coordinating meetings and appointments
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) and route appropriately
Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and expense tracking
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Support team members and leadership with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
