Your Role
As our Branch Manager, you will be will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and their direct reports. You will be the face of our office, greeting visitors and providing general office support.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage meeting and conference arrangements
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, coordinate logistical aspects
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Design, create, analyze, update, maintain and track documents and reports using Microsoft programs
- Prepare/assist with new hire, termination and disability process/paperwork, follow with HR/Benefits and payroll when needed
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Issue Purchase Orders for the facility
Your Skills And Experiences
- 2+ years of executive administrative experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) CRM and trying newer technologies
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
