We are looking for a few Administrative Assistants to work on site in the San Marcos, CA area interested in an office job in the electrical wholesale Industry where they will learn and refine their skills in the multiple facets of day to day operations. Responsibilities:
Send Emails And Draft Messages As Needed, Create Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoices And Statements.
Create UPS And FedEx Labels And Send Tracking #'s.
Prepare Quotes And Order Acknowledgments.
Ensure File Organization As Needed In The Office.
Provide Additional Support Around Office As Needed.
Communicate With Vendors And Customers As Needed.
Assist In Bookkeeping Duties
Handle And Coordinate Active Calendars
Schedule And Confirm Meetings
Qualifications:
College Education
Strong Interpersonal, Customer Service and Communication Skills
Positive Attitude and Being Receptive To Feedback.
Ability To Multitask And Be Reliable
Desire To Learn And Become Proficient At Every Day Tasks
