Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in San Diego, CA at Providence Wealth Planning. Our San Diego branch is located in Mission Valley. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining phone etiquette, communication with clients and team members, executing executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills.

  • Strong phone and written etiquette and communication abilities
  • Professionalism and promptness
  • Clerical skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
