Administrative Assistant - Property Management

Pay From: $25 per hour

MUST:

The Administrative Assistant must have:

3 plus years of administrative experience

Experience working with campus housing, residential life or property management required

Microsoft Office Suite experience

Bachelor's Degree required

Strong communications skills

Experience setting up and planning events

DUTIES:

Maintain electronic files

Prepare documents (maps, forms, brochures, etc.)

Prepare welcome baskets

Provide compost bins upon request

Send check-in emails to new visitors / residents

Assist with other email communication with residents

Monitor printer supplies in apartments

Monitor linen and kitchen supplies

Obtain signatures on lounge reservation forms and file forms

Assist during resident socials / events

Provide proof of residency letters upon request

Provide invoices and receipts upon request

Coordinate pest control schedules

Assist with housing walks, move-in inspections

Participate in and record minutes from service team meetings; oversee outstanding items

Assist with other tasks related to residential move-ins, move-outs, and workorder requests

Collaborate with Campus Services, Facilities, Security, and other team members to deliver high level of customer service to all residents

Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, copying, filing
