Summary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and operational support to the site manager and project team
  • Managing calendars, meetings, and visits
  • Ongoing support in budget management and invoice handling
  • Communication with suppliers and service providers
  • Managing administrative procurement and office supplies
  • Managing site maintenance and service providers (cleaning, coffee, printing, etc.)
  • Organizing employee welfare activities and events, including Happy Hours
  • Responsibility for gifts and holiday packages
  • Managing employee birthdays, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Creating content and presentations for internal use
  • Supporting internal communications and HR projects
  • Managing reports and updating databases and files
  • Additional tasks as required


Job Requirements

  • Full matriculation – required
  • At least two years of experience in administrative/welfare roles – preferred
  • Experience working in a technological/IT environment – significant advantage
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – required
  • High interpersonal skills, service orientation, excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
