Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Pearland, TX, with some work from home acceptable. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling phone calls professionally, and providing executive administrative assistance. Other duties include clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining documentation. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will be expected to communicate effectively with clients and staff.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with office software applications (e.g., MS Office)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
