SCHEDULE DURING SUMMER HOURS (6/2/25 - 8/29/25)

M-Thurs 7:30am-3:30pm or 8am-4pm (ONSITE)

Fri - OFF

(30 hrs per week w/30 min lunch)

SCHEDULE AFTER SUMMER HOURS (8/30/25 - 12/31/25):

M-Thurs 7:30am-3:30pm or 8am-4pm (ONSITE)

Fri 7:30am-3:30pm or 8am-4pm (REMOTE)

(37.5 hrs per week w/ 30 min lunch)

Role Overview

As a member of the Specialized Workforce Agile Talent (SWAT) team, you will provide administrative expertise and solutions, supporting Administrative Assistants and cross-functional projects. You will ensure success by partnering with CoE Administrative Assistants, offering desk coverage, and managing logistics for meetings and events. Your role includes executing global travel arrangements, providing general administrative support, and driving improvements in administrative tasks. You will interact with individuals at all levels, manage special projects, and maintain a high level of integrity and accountability.

Day in the Life

• Partner with CoE Administrative Assistants for success.
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings/events.
• Execute global travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Provide general administrative support and technical expertise.
• Interact with all organizational levels and manage special projects.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology integration.
• Strong communication, planning, and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands.
