Greetings! Anzhitay Construction Corporation is looking for an administrative assistant/staff!

 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the administrator on everyday office tasks.
  • Writing business documents.
  • Maintaining, updating, and filing physical and electronic files.
  • Inventory keeping and managing of tools and office supplies
  • Answering inquiries.
  • Attending visitors.
  • Organizing schedules.
  • Performing general banking duties.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent experience in administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good time management, proactive, organized, and good problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Document/Sheets.
  • Must be living in Valenzuela City or willing to commute to Valenzuela City.
  • Preferred: Can drive (with license.)
