Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including administrative support, clerical duties, answering phone calls, and assisting executives with their administrative needs. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations within the office.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
