We are teaming with a well known commercial real estate operator and developer with assets throughout the Pacific Region in hiring for an Temporary Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with 1-2 years of experience in an office environment that has a genuine passion for commercial real estate.

We are ideally looking for someone with administrative experience and has a passion for commercial real estate. This is a exciting and dynamic opportunity to interact with different teams internally. The ideal candidate will be punctual, has excellent time management, organizational skills and is excited to work in a team oriented environment.

This opportunity offers an excellent hourly rate and is an immediate temporary opening that will last 6+ months.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following


  • 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant ideally within the real estate or commercial real estate industry.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be an expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Must have a professional, polished and friendly demeanor.
  • Must be able to be self-directed and have the ability to anticipate the Executive's needs.
