What to Expect in the Role:
Perform office duties as required by position and other duties as assigned.
Make reservations and travel arrangements for managers, manage calendars and appointment schedules, set up conference calls, maintain company directories, and aid in agendas and scheduling of events.
Provides clerical/administrative support, including composition and preparation of routine correspondence and business letters, presentations, and other computer software applications.
Prepares and coordinates mail, faxes, express packages, photocopying, and basic editing and in-house publishing of business documents.
Maintains electronic files and databases.
Maintain and protect confidential information related to operations and personnel.
What We Will Be Needing From You:
Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. This includes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other JDE applications as may be necessary.
Good communications skills (verbal and written)
Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills
Customer service oriented
Problem assessment and solving
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a champion for change
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment and telephone systems.
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures, including filing systems and record keeping.
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and accounting.
Ability to use phone systems and quickly learn new software.
Minimum High School Diploma. associate degree or college coursework preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
