Variantyx is seeking a full-time Hybrid Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will assist multiple departments, manage various functions, and help ensure excellent service and timely responses to our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating overall administrative and office activities
  • Handling email correspondence with clients and vendors
  • Managing collection kits including assembly, shipping, and receiving 
  • Coordinating and managing site event logistics to ensure seamless execution
  • Tracking payments and maintaining records
  • Providing customer service and addressing client inquiries
  • Supervising the maintenance of office equipment and supplies


Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
