Daily contact with Chief Executive Officer and Center’s directors and supervisors as well as Board of Directors, employees, residents and the general public by both telephone and in person.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with administrative/management staff and contract staff.
Must maintain professional attitude during conflicts.
Ability to respond to routine and complex problems from management and staff, as well as residents’ families with complaints and questions, physicians and general public.
Must analyze and make decisions for appropriate handling, and must know when to refer more complex questions to the appropriate resource.
Work with and maintain company databases including the donor database.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Certification, Registration, or Licensure: None
Minimum Education: High School Diploma required, Associates Degree Preferred.
Minimum Experience: At least two years of administrative support staff experience

- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check, drug screen and lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about Alzheimer’s disease and the West Center services.
- Strong public relations skills.
- Must present a professional image to management, staff, residents, Board of Directors, physicians and the general public.
- Must perform duties with frequent interruptions and unexpected deadlines.
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
