Summary

Position Summary:

We are looking for a professional Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties. This role will support our leadership team, employees, and clients by handling daily administrative responsibilities and ensuring office operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Answer and route phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Draft, format, and distribute correspondence including emails, memos, letters, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems, contact lists, and office records
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, and support scheduling needs
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and supplies are stocked
  • Submit and track expense reports and invoices
  • Provide support to visitors and team members as needed
  • Help update and enforce office policies and procedures


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Experience in the construction, petroleum, or related industries is a plus
