Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, assisting managers, and handling various clerical tasks. Duties include creating service job tickets, organizing files, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations at our Billings, MT location.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills.
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills.
  • Familiar with basic accounting concepts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
