Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of the office, providing essential support to various departments and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and facilitate communication between departments.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and meeting notes.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to documents.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees, including preparation of materials and orientation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant supportive role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
