The Administration/Analyst, Openings & Operations Support – GC&M reports directly to the Senior Director, Openings & Operations Support – GC&M (whilst working closely with the Senior Manager, Openings – GC&M), the incumbent will be responsible for supporting: A. the opening and integration of all new managed and Converted hotels within GC&M; and B. the implementation of various functional initiatives across the GC&M trading estate As a pivotal intermediary between Operations, Owners, Development, Technical Services, Brand and other Corporate / Regional Teams, the role will involve the building and deployment of tools and processes that ensure the smooth integration of new assets and new initiatives into the GC&M portfolio. The role will especially support the myriad of hotel openings related projects in GC&M across the Hilton Family of Brands. This will involve being a key operations representative within a cross functional team that is tasked with the delivery of on-time, on-budget and on-brand hotel openings. What will I be doing? As the Administration/Analyst, Openings & Operations Support – GC&M, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Openings

  • Support of ‘Openings 365’ - the checklist management tool serving all cross-functional teams engaged in hotel openings (Operations, Brand, Commercial, Finance, HR, Safety & Security, and IT) o Permission and access management o Training delivery o Feedback consolidation and product enhancements
  • Management of resources to support hotels in efficiently completing Opening activities o Adaption of standard operating procedures and best practices from the trading estate o Creation of additional tools, models and templates as otherwise identified
  • Administration of the Openings Authorization process
  • Management of New hotels Opening Letter
  • Support to the wider Openings team in their pursuit of assorted strategic projects and initiatives Operations Support
  • Undertaking of ad hoc analyses to identify performance enhancing opportunities for the trading estate
  • Engagement with multiple corporate functions re the introduction, coordination and implementation of sought initiatives by Operations.
  • Representation of Operations across the review of such initiatives (pre, during and post deployment)
  • Generation and analytical critique of reporting to include o TOD Tracker o Openings Dashboard o Post Openings (Trading) Dashboard o Checklist rollups o Adhoc reports
  • Assistance to the creation and delivery of key stakeholder presentations o General Manager kick offs o Opening GM Toolkits File update/maintain o Owner introductions and readiness updates o Team Member meetings o Adhoc meetings What are we looking for? An Administration/Analyst, Openings & Operations Support – GC&M serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
  • BA / BS / Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years comparable work experience
  • 3+ years of hospitality industry experience
  • 1 years of experience in creating and handling of complex analytical data
  • Expert in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Ability to manage a workload which is quite variable in terms of responsibility and complexity
  • Detail-oriented, confident problem-solver who is able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence multiple senior leaders through effective communication
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Diverse and international geographical experience
