What Are Your Tasks And Responsibilities
Manage and maintain budgets
Sort and distribute incoming post and organize and send outgoing post
Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Manage all company’s paperwork (contracts, invoices)
All accounting and finance tasks
Payroll managment
Managing office supplies
Office support for other teams
Identifying accounting and other issues and promptly deliver solution
