The Administration Manager is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Seattle station by supervising staff, leading various projects, general office management, payroll, time/attendance, budgeting and expense reporting and supporting staffing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of station admins
- Manage and be familiar with time keeping in Kronos
- Reporting and compliance for the station
- Order uniforms and other supplies or materials needed at the station
- Writing/training collateral responsibilities for Admins
- Complete Gensuite audits weekly – admin/back office/ramp/tkt
- Monitor and follow up on Kronos schedule compliance report
- Monitor hiring tracker and follow up with admins as needed
- Plan/hold weekly admin call (can move to bi-weekly after a few months)
- Standardize OOS/hours reports across all islands
- Send weekly report on progress/issues
- Plan needed visits, validate with director and then update calendar
- Support hiring events in Calgary, partner with various Unifi teams for hiring and onboarding
- Coordinates pre-employment tasks such as badging
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Aviation Management or related field is preferred. Previous experience leading a team is desired.
- Ability to solve problems and influence people across all functional areas.
- Outstanding facilitator and communicator; lead innovation by teaching, consensus-building, and project execution.
- Ability to lead and demonstrate initiative and work well in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solid decision-maker with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and be self-starting on tasks within area of expertise.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Must be a local (in-state) resident.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Must complete SIDA training if needed to obtain airport authority identification security.
