Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Administration Assistant. The Administration Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing phone calls, providing administrative support to executives, and performing clerical duties, ordering office equipment, producing invoices and tracking payments, working with an accounting firm, working with overseas interfaces. This is a hybrid role located in Hod HaSharon, with some work from home being acceptable.

Requirements
Speaks Spanish or Portuguese – Required
Accounting Type 1+2 – Required
Previous experience in office management – At least 5 years – Required
Full control of computer and office applications – Required
Experience in the field of investments and real estate – Advantage
