Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handle Physical Security Operations for a manufacturing unit.
2. Possess understanding of access control processes for people & material management.
3. Should be able to manage manpower deployment and engage with security agency.
4. Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards
5. Should be able to understand statutory compliances and ensure its implementation by security agency.
6. Basic knowledge of Security surveillance Infrastructure and handling the same.
7. Carry out investigation and report the same to management.
8. Candidates should be able to handle emergency situations and liaise with police/ administrative agencies.
9. Controlling budgets for security operations and monitoring expenses.
10. Analyze data and prepare reports for decision making
