Monthly Expenses Management o Conduct expense reconciliation and invoice processing (including off-site invoice). o Submit payment requests in the internal system.
Procurement Support o Purchase office supplies (stationery, drinking water, business cards, etc.) as needed. o Coordinate with vendors and maintain procurement records.
Office Management o Oversee office maintenance (including greening, water dispensers, and screens display, etc.) to ensure a well-organized and functional office environment.
General Administrative Support o Assist with meeting coordination. o Handle visitor reception support, event support, and contract mailing. o Follow up on invoices, expense reimbursements, and document filing.
Office Relocation Assistance o Organize, categorize, and log materials; prepare labels. o Distribute packing supplies and assist in coordinating external services. o Provide on-site support and logistics assistance. o Conduct inventory checks and dispose. o Assist with relocation ceremony arrangements.
Ad-hoc Tasks o Support other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Available to work on-site for 2-3 days per week.
Available to work on-site for 4 days per week from June to support plant relocate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
