Implement, enforce, and monitor the company’s internal controls through the establishment of company policies, SOPs, processes, templates, and guidelines.
Develop and execute action plans to improve internal controls.
Handle mail, maintenance of office equipment inventory, supply office stationery & pantry food, assist in business/marketing items/gifts
Handle OA-related tasks, coordinate and collate expenses, allocate costs
Maintain the list of contracts with external vendors, including submission for specific approval
Assist internal and external auditors in checking compliance with regulations and document integrity
Liaise and coordinate with corporate secretarial services vendor on any relevant issues for the administration of the company
Administrative tasks as assigned by MD
Periodic reporting when needed
Requirement
Diploma/Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or Business with relevant experience.
Self-motivated with a good working attitude
Good analytical, planning, and people skills, able to work independently
Capable to adopt change in a rapidly growing company
Excellent in using MS Word and Excel
Good command of written and spoken English
