Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Servicing key accounts and managing key deliverable
  • Plan and manage all aspects the event planning process such as logistics of an event/Seminars, including venue, guests, programs, catering, and marketing, adhering to the given timelines
  • Resourceful in sourcing event requirements and tracking of event expenses.
  • Participate in adhoc projects, programs that may arise from time to time
  • Diploma and above
  • Has prior working experience in a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • To enhance communication with our Chinese customers, we need a manager who is fluent in both spoken and written Chinese.
  • Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven team environment
