Maintenance Coordinator is often involved in Audio-Visual projects' day-to-day services and maintenance operations. They organize and communicate details between team members, managers, suppliers, and clients.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
· Creating JIRA tickets for service, maintenance and equipment concern
· Coordinate services and maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information
· Coordinate with Managers, Engineers, and clients to resolve AV service matters
· Involvement in service-related documentation, plans and reports.
Requirements
Business Administration, IT or Engineering graduate
Excellent Communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
