Summary

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work for the building, grounds, and equipment.
  • Manage inventory and order necessary maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Handle administrative tasks including record-keeping, budget tracking, billing, and report preparation.
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and local authorities on facility matters.
  • Assist in preparing and managing service contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely submission of reports, invoices, and attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, house rules, and safety requirements.
  • Address and resolve complaints from customers and tenants efficiently.
  • Support emergency preparedness planning and implementation.
  • Help review renovation applications and related documentation.
  • Coordinate internal communication with other departments.
  • Set up and maintain SOPs, staff job scopes, and service provider guidelines.
  • Assist with annual planning, budgeting, and ISO documentation preparation.
  • Oversee collections and ensure timely payment from tenants and owners.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 years working experience in related field
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
  • Able to communicate with English averagely
