Job Responsibilities

Spartanburg Community College is looking to hire skilled cosmetology instructors to teach our students the skills needed to take and pass the SC Cosmetology Exam and enter the beauty industry with professional knowledge and experience. In this role, you will be responsible for learning and adapting the course curriculum, teaching students the various cosmetology skills, administering tests, grading work, and mentoring students.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

• National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology Instructor certification.
• Understanding of Cosmetology.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Patience and understanding.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with teaching. Previous work experience as a cosmetology instructor.
