Department Political Science Job Purpose
To staff a variety of courses each semester in the field of Political Science. Adjunct faculty may instruct one or more courses or labs on campus each semester as needed basis.
Essential Duties
Adjunct faculty are expected to teach a specified course(s); prepare course materials; provide support and guidance to students; and report grades.
Additional Skills Required Minimum Education Requirements
Master's degree in Political Science or related majors.
Preferred Education
ABD or PhD in Political Science or related majors.
Minimum Job Experience Requirements
Previous teaching experience and a willingness to be flexible in class scheduling.
