Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Participate in and promote a culture of continuing quality improvement * Prepare and teach lessons * Assign learning activities as appropriate * Assess student learning * Grade student work * Meet with students Minimum Requirements * Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Science Education (or equivalent) * Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position * Willingness to support the Catholic and Franciscan values of the university Preferred Requirements * Prior experience teaching computer science at the college level * Ability to teach courses related to information technology, hardware, and/or programming languages * Willingness to teach in-person, USF Main Campus in Joliet Hours/Shift/Work Schedule Part-time; as needed basis.
