We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of CNC Machine Operator. This role is crucial for the success of our advanced manufacturing processes and requires a strong technical background, particularly in Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) and multi-axis machining. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience, strong G-code programming skills, and a technical degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate EDM machines (both wire and sinker EDM)
• Operate and maintain horizontal machining centers and 5-axis CNC units
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files
• Perform complex mathematical calculations for programming and setup
• Verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain quality control standards and documentation
• Troubleshoot machine and program issues
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating CNC machines, with specific focus on EDM
• Proven experience with horizontal machining centers and 5-axis units
• Strong knowledge of G-code programming
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Schedule
