Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive aftermarket operations, preferably with a focus on ADAS.
• Strong understanding of ADAS technologies, including sensors, cameras, radar, and lidar.
• Experience with ADAS calibration tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with automotive diagnostic tools and software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement standardized processes for ADAS calibration, repair, and maintenance services.
• Manage inventory of ADAS components, calibration tools, and related equipment.
• Provide technical support to service technicians and customers regarding ADAS troubleshooting, calibration, and repair procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ADAS aftermarket services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with ADAS component suppliers, calibration tool vendors, and service providers.
• Collect and analyse data on service performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
• Ensure all aftermarket operations adhere to industry regulations and safety standards related to ADAS.
