Summary

Ad Solutions and Data Associate

The Ad Solutions and Data Associate will work closely with the COO and the team to support media deal-making, campaign proposals, and data analysis. This is a hybrid role that requires a deep understanding of how advertising, client strategy, and data intersect in a business context.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with digital marketing metrics, has worked in an ad agency or media environment, and has experience dealing directly with clients and ad packages.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, optimizing, and presenting ad sales proposals and media deals
  • Analyze advertising campaign performance and provide insightful recommendations using metrics such as CTR, impressions, conversions, and audience engagement
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and data teams to develop advertising solutions based on client objectives and data
  • Prepare data-backed reports and performance dashboards for internal and dient-facing presentations
  • Track and study industry trends to improve our ad packages and go-to-market strategies
  • Provide business insighis and support in structuring, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used across proposals and reports
  • Manage project timelines and support interal communications as needed

Minor Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a structured archive of proposals, reports, and relevant case studies
  • Assist in internal documentation and process improvements related to data or ad solutions
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ad formats, bundles, or strategies
  • Provide admin support when needed


Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in advertising performance metrics (CTR, CPC, impressions, ROI, etc)
  • Basic understanding of data platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Familiarity with advertising technologies and media buying workflows
  • Competency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, presentation tools (PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Ability to extract and analyze raw data to create strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with Grafana dashboards is a plus (training can be provided)

  • Must be highly organized and meticulous, with keen attention to detail
  • Has strong interpersonal skills that can cut across all levels of the organization
  • Must have a good command of the English and Tagalog languages, and be able to communicate effectively both in oral and written form
  • A self-starter who is results-oriented, hardworking, and able to work independently or within a team
  • Displays integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness at all times
  • Works with passion, initiative, and a sense of accountability
  • Must be flexible, especially in terms of work schedule or tasks that may change depending on operational needs
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments, while maintaining focus and quality of output


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Media, or any business-related course
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising agency, or media-related role
  • Prior experience working with clients and ad solutions (i.e., not just analytics roles)
  • Exposure to ad operations, proposal writing, or campaign analysis is a plus
  • A good grasp of how media buying works - from planning to post-campaign analysis
