Summary

Job Description

  • Works with the Immediate Superior in preparing new A/R policies and procedures.
  • Updates Account Balances in the SAP System.
  • Creates and Summarizes Unauthorized Customer Deductions and Returns Report.
  • Presents and explains new or revised A/R policies to concerned personnel.
  • Monitors Overdue Accounts.
  • Checks and Validates Customer Returns and Deductions.
  • Checks accuracy of Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) computation.
  • Provides reliable, timely management reports on accounts receivables.
  • Works with A/R Supervisor and AVP-SSG in reviewing and revising existing A/R policies and procedures.
  • Recommends solutions in addressing unauthorized returns and deductions by the customer.
  • Prepares letter for add-back on unauthorized deductions.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superiors.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree of Accountancy, Financial Management or any related field.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply!
  • Proven accounting experience, preferably with background on Accounts Receivable clerk or Accounts payable process.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
  • Competency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail Aptitude for numbers.
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
  • Well organized.
  • Accounting graduate or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Willing to work in PASAY CITY.
  • WILLING TO START ASAP.
