Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Customer Collections Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in US collections, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of recovering outstanding dues while maintaining positive customer relationships. This is a night shift role, aligned to US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers in the US to collect outstanding payments on past-due accounts.
• Review and analyze accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts in the CRM or collections system.
• Handle customer objections, disputes, and negotiate payment arrangements professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, billing, support) to resolve customer queries.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and KPIs.
• Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines related to US collections (FDCPA, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in US customer collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working with collections software and CRM tools.
• Good negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B or healthcare collections is a plus.
• Knowledge of FDCPA or similar US collection regulations.
